Kitchener-Waterloo community members, their families, friend, and far-flung guests are all invited to come out and show solidarity with the #Swamp Line 9 occupation happening just south of us in Westover ON!

We are meeting @ Kitchener City Hall tomorrow at 12:30pm, where we'll be handing out flyers, talking to the public about the occupation and Enbridge's plans for Line 9, as well as unveiling banners in solidarity with the action. Please join us if you can!

Editors of the forth-coming title "Queering Anarchism" discuss the importance of the act of queering and the relevance of intersectionality. They will explore sites of queering anarchism including, class struggle, prison abolition, sex work, and trans experiences. They will demonstrate the historical and present significance of intersectionality as an effective tool for social change and analysis. The purpose of this talk is to show the interconnectedness between organized anarchist struggle and queer struggle, and to help construct the road forward.
